It doesn't matter what angle the needle is pointed at this step but, to make it easy slide them on pointing roughly at the 12:00 position. I have owned the truck for 3yrs 6 months it has around 31,500 miles under mileage warranty of 36,000 miles but 6 months past the time warranty. It eventually quits functioning properly. You could also use the milage shown prorated of course on receipts for new tires or almost any service performed on the vehicle by a reputable service company. Remove them and you will then be able to angle the instrument cluster out. Then you use the solder and iron to solder on a small amount of solder to each motor's pin. I feel it is a safety issue but they do not. Are you having trouble with your factory gauges? The clusters feature all-new stepper motors using the latest upgraded designs and have all-new backlight bulbs. As long as you don't drive your vehicle while your waiting on the replacement everything should remain the same.

The brake pedal depressed very easily when the pressure was applied. The current mileage was 72,500 and failure mileage was 72,300. I am very happy with my purchase. Drive it until you get to that mileage you set with Summit and put it in. Also note in the comments that a new engine was installed. This is a false code.
