Apparently it is worth practically nothing now, because the transmission is making funny noises, and our mechanic says we need a new transmission. It has been in and out of the shop since I bought it for trans issues, at 99k miles it finally broke down for good dealership replaced mechatronix unit and some other parts. My 3 kids and I will be staying on a friends couch until we figure things out. That would be 800 dollars and they would not guarantee that it would fix it. I would like to keep informed on this class action suit.

The van suddenly went into neutral, there was no warning lights, noises etc. My truck started making a loud noise in March 2013 and we figured out ourselves that it was a wheelbearing in the front. I would like to be part of this class action suit because from what I have read in other posts this situation can only get worse. After 45 mins the guy can back and said it was my cvt transmission and it would be around 4900. I am having the same issue and was told the exact same thing as everyone above.
